Protect Your Business
- A new government-mandated deadline for business owners is quickly approaching. Per the Corporate Transparency Act, companies must submit Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) by January 1, 2025. While there are some exceptions, most businesses must meet this new requirement. Don’t wait to protect yourself and your business. Failure to comply can result in penalties of up to $591 per day or criminal penalties, including fines of $10,000 and/or up to two years imprisonment. CFO2U is here to help you file easily and on time. Learn more about filing BOI.
